The invention disclsoes a cement concrete pavement expansion joint filling anti-seepage device and an anti-seepage method thereof. A plurality of dowel bars are transversely arranged below an expansion joint between two cement concrete pavement slabs, one end of each dowel bar is sleeved with a sleeve, one end of each dowel bar is fixed in the corresponding cement concrete pavement slab, and the other end of each dowel bar slides in the corresponding sleeve; a joint filling plate is arranged in the expansion joint, a V-shaped aluminum alloy plate is installed above the joint filling plate, thetwo wings of the V-shaped aluminum alloy plate are fixedly connected with the cement concrete pavement slabs on the two sides, and joint filling materials are poured into the V-shaped aluminum alloyplate. The problems that an existing cement concrete pavement joint filling material is poor in durability, short in service time and poor in impermeability are solved. The V-shaped aluminum alloy plate is added to the expansion joint of the cement concrete pavement, so that the deformation capacity of the expansion joint structure is improved, the anti-permeability effect is enhanced, and meanwhile, the V-shaped aluminum alloy plate and the joint mixture jointly bear loads and cooperatively deform, so that the joint mixture is protected, and the durability of the joint mixture is improved.
本发明提出一种水泥混凝土路面膨胀缝填充防渗装置及其防渗方法,该在两块水泥混凝土路面板间的膨胀缝的下方横向设置有若干条传力杆,传力杆的一端套有套管,传力杆的一端固定在水泥混凝土路面板内,另一端在套管中滑动,膨胀缝内设置填缝板,填缝板上方安装有V字形铝合金板材,V字形铝合金板材两翼与两侧水泥混凝土路面板固定连接,在V字形铝合金板材内灌注填缝料。解决现有水泥混凝土路面填缝材料耐久性较差、服役时间短,防渗性能不好的问题。本发明旨在通过在水泥混凝土路面胀缝增加V字形铝合金板材,提高胀缝结构的变形能力,增强抗渗效果,同时V字形铝合金板材与填缝料共同承担荷载,协同变形,保护填缝料,提高填缝料耐久性的作用。
