Arch ring construction method of continuous arch bridge
The invention provides an arch ring construction method of a continuous arch bridge, which comprises the following steps: (1) pouring a bearing platform and an arch support, and arranging opposite-pull rods extending along the longitudinal bridge direction on the arch support; (2) pre-pulling opposite-pull rods, hoisting an arch ring support to the position between every two adjacent arch seats atthe arch ring to be constructed, erecting a formwork and a steel bar structure of the arch ring on the arch ring support, completing concrete pouring of a single-span arch ring in a layered continuous pushing mode, and keeping to the principle that the two sides are balanced, symmetrical and transversely synchronous in the arch ring concrete pouring process; (3) after the strength of the arch ring concrete on the two adjacent sides of the current arch ring meets the design requirement, loading and tensioning a current arch ring opposite-pull rod, and then constructing an on-arch structure ofthe current arch ring; and (4) after all the arch rings and the structures on the arch are constructed, detaching the opposite-pull rods and completing construction of the continuous arch bridge. Theinvention has good structural stability, safety and reliability for the arch ring and the on-arch structure which are formed by pouring of the continuous arch bridge.
本申请提供一种连续拱桥的拱圈施工方法,包括以下步骤:(1)浇筑承台和拱座,拱座上设置沿纵桥向延伸的对拉杆;(2)预拉对拉杆,将拱圈支架吊装至待施工拱圈处的相邻两个拱座之间,在拱圈支架上搭设拱圈的模板及钢筋结构,采用分层连续推移的方式完成单跨拱圈的混凝土浇筑,拱圈混凝土浇筑的过程中保持两侧均衡对称、横向同步的原则;(3)待当前拱圈相邻两侧的拱圈混凝土强度达到设计要求后,加载张拉当前拱圈对拉杆,再施工当前拱圈的拱上结构;(4)待全部拱圈及其拱上结构施工完成后,拆除对拉杆,完成连续拱桥的施工。本申请对连续拱桥已浇筑成型的拱圈及拱上结构具有良好的结构稳定性,安全可靠。
