Adjustable high-rigidity diaphragm plate device
An adjustable high-rigidity diaphragm plate device comprises a left vertical fixing steel component, a right vertical fixing steel component, a first inclined rod part, a second inclined rod part, a third inclined rod part, a fourth inclined rod part and a scissor supporting rod part, wherein the left vertical fixing steel component and the right vertical fixing steel component are in bilateral symmetry. The structures of the first inclined rod part, the second inclined rod part, the third inclined rod part and the fourth inclined rod part are the same; and a straight rod connecting part is arranged between the lower end parts of the left vertical fixing steel member and the right vertical fixing steel member in the horizontal direction. Manual regulation and control over the height, the width and the shear brace cross angle of the newly-added diaphragm plate are achieved; the device can be suitable for different transverse spacing occasions of reinforced structures (main beams), repeated fine adjustment and cutting do not need to be conducted on site, adaptability is high, and the integrity of structural reinforcement is greatly improved; the device has the advantages of being high in rigidity, small in number of rod parts, light in weight, simple in structure assembly and capable of achieving batch production of all components.
