The invention discloses a windproof bridge support with an elastic connecting device. Transverse bridge-direction windproof covers for transversely preventing wind for the support are respectively arranged on two sides of the support in the transverse bridge direction, and longitudinal bridge-direction windproof covers for longitudinally preventing wind for the support are respectively arranged ontwo sides of the support in the longitudinal bridge direction; elastic connecting devices are fixed to the two longitudinal sides and the two transverse sides of an upper base plate of the support respectively, the upper end of a transverse bridge windproof cover is elastically connected to the upper end and the lower end of the upper base plate of the support through the elastic connecting devices and suspended, and the end, away from the support, of the longitudinal bridge windproof cover is fixed to the position where the longitudinal bridge windproof cover is located; and the end, corresponding to the support, of the longitudinal-bridge-direction windproof cover is connected with the elastic connecting device. The longitudinal-bridge-direction windproof cover and the transverse-bridge-direction windproof cover are connected with the support through elastic connecting devices and used for meeting the requirements that in the normal operation process of the support, transverse-bridge-direction sliding occurs, and the height of the support changes after the spherical surface rotates. The bridge support has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to install, excellent in corrosion resistance, good in sealing performance, high in rigidity, excellent in windproof performance, long in service life and the like.
