The invention relates to a pushing construction method of a bridge steel box girder with a slope, and the method comprises the following steps: taking the pushing direction of the steel box girder asthe front, constructing a plurality of temporary support jig frames on the rear sides of buttresses at the tail end, increasing the heights of the temporary support jig frames in sequence, and constructing a temporary support jig frame between every two adjacent buttresses at the same time; arranging a joist device used for bearing the steel box girder and a pushing slide way on the temporary supporting jig frame and the buttresses; installing a guide beam, and fixedly connecting the prefabricated segmental steel box girder with the guide beam; installing a dragging jack at a target position,installing an anchor pulling device connected with the dragging jack, and dragging the anchor pulling device by the dragging jack so as to drive the segmental steel box girder and the guide beam to move towards the target position; when the guide beam slides out of the pushing slide way, enabling the tail end, away from the dragging jack, of the segmental steel box girder to be fixedly connected with the rest segmental steel box girders, and repeatedly performing the actions till all the segmental steel box girders reach the designated position.
