One end of the sleeve is hinged to one side of the upper surface of the foundation ring, a connecting rod in sliding connection is inserted into the sleeve, one end of the connecting rod extends out of the sleeve and is rotationally connected with the outer side wall of the firstfixed ring, and the inserting end of the connecting rod is elastically connected with the sleeve through the compressed spring; the second fixed ring is arranged in the foundation ring and is coaxialwith the foundation ring, the two side walls of the second fixed ring are elastically connected with the inner walls of the two sides of the foundation ring through the first springs respectively, andthe locking mechanism is installed on the second fixed ring.
