The invention discloses a construction method of reinforced concrete cast-in-place pile of soft soil foundation. The construction method comprises the following steps of 1) measuring and positioning,and determining the central position of the reinforced concrete cast-in-place pile; 2) arranging a vibration immersed tube device; (3) enabling guide rods to be detachably connected to the bottom surface of a lower flange plate in the circumferential direction in an equal spacing manner, enabling the bottom ends of the guide rods to be detachably connected with a slag bucket, wherein the slag bucket is a cylinder with the outer circumferential radius slightly smaller than the inner circumferential radius of a steel sleeve, the bottom end of the slag bucket is opened, and the slag bucket is provided with a cutting disc in an upward sliding-in and reverse sliding-out manner from the bottom end; 4) sinking the slag bucket into the steel sleeve by a certain depth; 5) starting a motor to unfolda bearing piece to cover the bottom surface of the slag bucket; 6) synchronously lifting the slag bucket and the cutting disc to the outside of the orifice of the steel sleeve, and cleaning a soil body in the slag bucket; and 7) sequentially circulating the steps 4-6 until the depth of the formed hole is equal to the designed depth. The method has the beneficial effect of reducing disturbance tohole wall soil.
本发明公开了一种软土地基钢筋混凝土灌注桩施工方法,包括:1)、测量定位,确定钢筋混凝土灌注桩的中心位置;2)、布设振动沉管装置;3)、在下法兰盘底面周向等间隔可拆卸连接导杆,所述导杆的底端可拆卸连接渣桶,所述渣桶为外周半径略小于所述钢套管内周半径且底端开口的圆筒状,所述渣桶由底端向上滑进、反向滑出设有切割盘;4)、渣桶沉入钢套管内一定深度;5)、启动电机展开承接件覆设渣桶底面;6)、同步提升渣桶和切割盘至钢套管孔口外,进行渣桶内土体的清理;7)、依次循环4‑6步骤,直至已成孔的深度等于设计深度。本发明具有减少对孔壁土地的扰动的有益效果。
