The invention discloses a construction method for forming an underground diaphragm wall by adopting interlocking concrete precast piles. The construction method comprises the following steps of: mounting a precast first positioning guide plate, wherein first arc-shaped convex blocks which are matched with first arc-shaped grooves of a parallel adjacent rectangular pile and can slide relative to the first arc-shaped grooves are arranged on one side of the first positioning guide plate, and the shape and the size of the first positioning guide plate are the same as those of the cross section ofa rectangular pile; performing positioning with a positioning guide frame. In the synchronous sinking process of a drill rod and the rectangular pile, the front side and the rear side of the rectangular pile are always in rolling fit with rollers, the first arc-shaped grooves in the left side of the rectangular pile are always in rolling fit with balls, and first arc-shaped convex blocks of the first positioning guide plate at the lower end of the right side of the rectangular pile are always in sliding fit with the first arc-shaped grooves of the parallel adjacent rectangular pile, therefore,the positioning precision and perpendicularity of the rectangular pile are ensured until the rectangular pile sinks to a preset position. According to the construction method, the positioning precision of the parallel adjacent piles is high, the perpendicularity of upper and lower piles is good, and the construction efficiency is relatively high.
本发明公开了一种采用连锁混凝土预制桩构成地下连续墙的施工方法,包括安装预制的第一定位导向板:第一定位导向板一侧有与并列相邻的矩形桩的第一弧形凹槽吻合并能相互滑动的第一弧形凸块,第一定位导向板的形状和尺寸与矩形桩的横截面形状和尺寸相同;还包括定位导向架定位,在钻杆与矩形桩同步下沉的过程中矩形桩前后侧与滚轮始终滚动配合且矩形桩左侧的第一弧形凹槽与滚珠始终滚动配合、矩形桩右侧下端的第一定位导向板的第一弧形凸块与并列相邻的矩形桩的第一弧形凹槽始终滑动配合,从而保证该矩形桩的定位精度和垂直度,直至矩形桩下沉至预定位置。本施工方法使并列相邻桩的定位精度高、上下桩的垂直度好且施工效率相对高。
