The invention relates to a reverse operation construction rapid channel sinking culvert construction method. A sinking culvert is located below a road surface of a rapid channel. The construction method comprises the following steps of S1, obtaining precast piles and precast beams; S2, segmenting the road surface of the rapid channel; S3, performing piling construction; S4, performing high-pressure grouting; S5, mounting pavement beams and recovering the road surface of the rapid channel; S6, reducing the water level of the sinking culvert; S7, excavating the sinking culvert; S8, performing pouring; S9, mounting water collecting and draining systems; and S10, performing pipe sealing and pressure bearing. A segmented construction method is adopted, a passage road for pedestrians is reserved, and inconvenience brought to the pedestrians due to road sealing is avoided; the precast piles are used as vertical walls, so that cantilever supporting piles can be omitted; the precast beams are used as road surface structures, so that the construction progress is fast, and the manufacturing cost is low; and the required precast piles and the required precast beams are poured and formed outside a construction site, so that the problems that the road surface closing time is too long and the road surface area is occupied due to pouring and forming in the construction site are solved.
