A pair of water containing grooves are formed in the bottom surface of a supporting table and cover the water containing grooves from bottom to top. an upper water falling hole is formed in the bottom center of a water tank; a drain pipe is formed in the bottom center of each water containing groove; the middle diameter of each drainage pipe is greater than the that of the upper end and that of the lower end; left and right connecting columns are formed on left and right side walls of the water containing grooves; left and right supporting blocks are arranged on the end surfaces close to each other, of a pair of left and right connecting columns in a left-right elastic moving manner. a lower connecting rod is fixed to the bottom of each lifting supporting block; a blocking block for blocking the upper end of the each drainage pipe is formed at the lower end of one lower connecting rod; an upper moving plate is fixed at the upper end of an upper connecting plate; a pair of closing plates arranged in a bilateral symmetry manner is formed on the front end surface of each upper movingplate; and two pairs of vertical moving grooves which allow the closing plates to vertically move and are in front-and-rear penetrating are formed in the front end surface of a driving groove.
