According toan existing technology, a dredging vehicle can treat sludge while quickly cleaning blockage of a sewer pipeline, secondary blockage is avoided, but, fibrous objects and sludge with relatively high viscosity cannot be cleaned. The municipal sewer pipeline desilting dredging vehicle comprises a containing mechanism and a push-pull mechanism, the sludge with the relatively high viscosity can be temporarily stored through cooperation of a desilting mechanism and a limiting soft disc, and the fibrous objects can be treated through forward and reverse rotation.
