The invention relates to a fireproof building structure and a construction process thereof, and relates to the technical field of building construction. The construction process comprises the steps that a foundation pit is leveled, a base and the fixed stand columns are buried, the fixed wallboards are laid between the stand columns to form the wall body, and then the roof is fixed. The fireproof building structure and the construction process have the advantage that the stability maintaining time of the building structure is prolonged when the building is on fire so as to reduce the collapse possibility.
