The invention discloses a section steel beam and aerated concrete block combined partition wall which comprises three sets of vertical beams and at least thirty sets of aerated concrete block assemblies, the aerated concrete block assemblies are arrayed between every two adjacent sets of vertical beams at equal intervals, and each aerated concrete block assembly comprises a first building block and a second building block. The first building blocks and the second building blocks are clamped and fixed, third building blocks are arranged in the middles of the bottoms of the first building blocksand the second building blocks, the third building blocks are clamped and fixed to the first building blocks and the second building blocks respectively, locking assemblies are arranged at the positions, located at the installation positions of the first building blocks, in the vertical beams, and each locking assembly comprises a positioning block and a locking bolt. The positioning blocks are rotationally installed at one ends of the locking bolts, the ends, rotationally connected with the positioning blocks, of the locking bolts penetrate through the vertical beams and extend to the outsides of the vertical beams, the positioning blocks are in sliding connection with the vertical beams, the partition wall is formed in a manner that section steel beams and autoclaved aerated concrete blocks are combined, and the overall increased load is low.
