The invention discloses a digital construction and mounting method of a complex special-shaped curtain wall structure, and aims to solve the problems that an existing mounting method of a curtain wallexterior facing cannot adapt to curved surface modeling of a special-shaped curtain wall, error accumulation of a building main body structure cannot be effectively absorbed, and the engineering quality of the curtain wall exterior facing and the overall effect of the curved surface modeling are difficult to guarantee. The method comprises the following steps: according to a building main body structure and a three-dimensional model of special-shaped curtain wall keels, determining the length of each keel in each keel unit, a chamfer numerical value of an end section and a mounting directionof the end section, and determining the height of each connecting device, processing data of the end sections of two ends of each connecting device and the mounting direction of the end sections; prefabricating and processing the keels and the connecting devices in a factory according to the obtained processing data; and enabling the bottoms of the connecting devices to be fixedly connected to thetop of the building main body structure, assembling the keel units and enabling the assembled keel units to be connected to the top of the connecting devices.
本发明的一种复杂异形幕墙结构的数字化建造与安装方法，针对现有幕墙外饰面的安装方法不能适应异形幕墙的曲面造型，无法有效吸收建筑主体结构的误差累积，难以保证幕墙外饰面的工程质量及曲面造型整体效果的问题。步骤如下：根据建筑主体结构和异形幕墙龙骨的三维模型，确定龙骨单元内每根龙骨的长度、端部切面的切角数值及其安装方向，并确定连接装置的高度、连接装置两端端部切面加工数据及其安装方向，根据获得的加工数据在工厂预制加工龙骨和连接装置；将连接装置的底部固接于建筑主体结构顶部，拼装龙骨单元并将其连接于连接装置的顶部。
