The invention discloses a curtain wall mounting method based on three-dimensional laser scanning. The curtain wall mounting method comprises the following steps of (1) establishing a three-dimensionalmodel; (2) exporting a construction drawing and a material processing drawing; (3) building a civil engineering structure curtain wall unit component three-dimensional model; (4) rectifying deviation; (5) performing simulation mounting; (6) performing simulation mounting of the curtain wall; (7) mounting solid components; and (8) performing scanning inspection: screening and collecting field databy a three-dimensional laser scanner, and guiding the screened and collected data into BIM software to be compared with a civil engineering structure model where the curtain wall is mounted in the step (6), screening curtain wall units which are mounted irregularly, and performing remounting. According to the method, three-dimensional laser scanning is applied to curtain wall positioning mountingin real time, the curtain wall unit component three-dimensional model is established in the BIM software, the curtain wall unit component three-dimensional model of a civil engineering structure is compared with the curtain wall unit component three-dimensional model, deviation rectification adjustment is performed, then simulation mounting is performed, the unreasonable curtain wall design and mounting position are avoided, the construction period is shortened, and the cost is saved.
一种基于三维激光扫描的幕墙安装方法，其步骤为：(1)三维模型建立；(2)导出施工图及材料加工图；(3)土建结构幕墙单元构件三维模型建立；(4)纠偏；(5)模拟安装；(6)模拟安装幕墙；(7)实体构件安装；(8)扫描检验：采用三维激光扫描仪进行现场数据的扫描和采集，并导入BIM软件中与步骤(6)中安装上幕墙后的土建结构模型进行比对，筛选出安装不合规的幕墙单元重新安装。本发明提出的将三维激光扫描实时应用于幕墙定位安装中，在BIM软件中建立幕墙单元构件三维模型，将土建结构的幕墙单元构件三维模型与之比对，进行纠偏调整，然后模拟安装，免了幕墙设计、安装位置的不合理，减少了工期，节约了成本。
