The invention relates to a full-prefabricated sawtooth floor supporting-free construction method with superposed beams based on a BIM technology. The method comprises the following steps of hoisting superposed beams, hoisting a floor, penetrating and shooting steel strands into a support rod, fixedly connecting the two ends of the steel strands to two opposite superposed beams respectively, grouting a steel pipe through a grouting pipe by using a grouting machine; after the upper surface of a lower-layer plate is subjected to flattening and cleaning treatment, lifting and buckling an upper-layer plate on the lower-layer plate, then, grouting inserting rods through the grouting machine, and when a grout outlet in one certain inserting rod starts to discharge grout, sealing the grout outletthrough a rubber plug till all the grout outlets are sealed, and then flattening and cleaning the upper surface of the upper-layer plate. The method has the effect of avoiding the influence of rain onconcrete curing to a certain extent.
本发明涉及一种基于BIM技术叠合梁的全预制锯齿楼板免撑施工方法,吊装叠合梁后,再吊装楼板,然后在支撑杆中穿射钢绞线,然后将钢绞线的两端分别固定连接在两相对的叠合梁上,然后用灌浆机通过注浆管对钢管灌浆,然后将下层板上表面做平整清洁处理后,将上层板吊装扣合在下层板上,然后用注浆机对插杆注浆,当某一插杆上的出浆口开始出浆时,用橡胶塞封闭出浆口,直至封闭所有的出浆口,然后对上层板上表面做平整清洁处理即可。本发明具有一定程度避免下雨对混凝土的养护造成影响的效果。
