Novel fabricated building formwork
The invention relates to a novel fabricated building formwork which comprises a groove-shaped aluminum profile frame and a formwork body. The formwork body is fixed to the groove-shaped aluminum profile frame through a plurality of bolts and nuts matched with the bolts, and the groove-shaped aluminum profile frame comprises a plurality of groove-shaped aluminum profiles which are detachably connected together end to end; and the bolts for fixing the formwork body are located in grooves of the attaching faces of the groove-shaped aluminum profiles and the formwork body, and one ends of the bolts are flush with the face of the formwork body. According to the novel fabricated building formwork, the number of repeated use is larger, the average use cost is lower, the aluminum profiles do not need to be punched or welded in the machining process, and repeated recycling can be achieved; modularization is achieved, the weight is light, and installation is convenient; the splicing seams are fewer, the precision is higher, the bearing capacity is higher, and mold bursting is not likely to happen; and the construction period is short, poured concrete is good in appearance, high in quality, recyclable, energy-saving and environment-friendly.
本发明是装配式新型建筑模板,包括槽型铝型材框架和模板,模板通过若干螺栓和与螺栓相匹配的螺母固定在槽型铝型材框架上,槽型铝型材框架包括若干根首尾可拆卸连接在一起的槽型铝型材,固定模板用的螺栓位于槽型铝型材与模板贴合面的凹槽内,且螺栓一端与模板板面平齐。本发明能够重复使用的次数多,平均使用成本低,铝型材加工过程中无需开孔或焊接,可以多次周转利用;模块化、质量轻,便于安装;拼缝少,精度高,承载力高,不易爆模;施工周期短,浇筑的混凝土观感好、质量高,可回收再利用节能环保。
