The invention discloses a turnover formwork for concrete pouring and an action method. The turnover formwork comprises an upper set of formwork body and a lower set of formwork body, the lower set offormwork body can be turned over to the upper set of formwork body relative to the upper set of formwork body, and each set of formwork body comprises a frame structure; the frame structure comprisesinner chord members, outer chord members, upper chord members and lower chord members, the inner chord members, the outer chord members, the upper chord members and the lower chord members are connected with each other, the upper chord members and the lower chord members are oppositely arranged, the inner chord members are longer than the outer chord members and are parallel to the outer chord members, and the inner chord members of the two sets of formwork bodies are hinged; the outer chord members of the two sets of formwork bodies are connected through an adjusting rod, and the adjusting rod can adjust the relative angle between the upper set of formwork body and the lower set of formwork body; and the formwork bodies further comprise panels, the panels are arranged on the inner chord members, and the panels in the two sets of formwork bodies are in seamless butt joint on the same plane. By means of the turnover formwork, the construction quality and the construction efficiency canbe improved.
