BIM-based construction method in super high-rise housing construction
The invention provides a BIM (Building Information Modeling)-based construction method in super high-rise housing construction. The method comprises the following steps: 1) based on a BIM technology,performing three-dimensional modeling according to an overall design drawing of a project and technical data and parameters provided by technicians in multiple professional fields; 2) discovering drawing mistakes and omissions in time according to the three-dimensional model, further optimizing the building model, and completing the design of a frame support structure system; 3) according to the frame support structure system, using each floor as a construction unit, wherein each construction unit comprises a vertically-arranged prefabricated column and a cross beam vertically connected with the prefabricated column, and the prefabricated columns and the cross beams form a wallboard stuffed in a grid; and 4) calculating the number of the prefabricated columns, the structures of the prefabricated columns, the number of the cross beams, the structures of the cross beams, the positions of first connecting pieces, the positions of second connecting pieces, the positions of third connectingpieces and the positions of fourth connecting pieces according to the three-dimensional model constructed by the BIM. The construction convenience and reliability in super high-rise housing construction are remarkably improved.
本发明提供一种基于BIM在超高层房建中的施工方法,步骤包括:1)基于BIM技术,根据项目的整体设计图纸、多专业领域的技术人员所提供的技术资料及参数进行三维建模;2)根据三维模型及时发现图纸错漏,进行进一步优化建筑模型,完成框支结构体系的设计;3)根据框支结构体系,将每个楼层作为一个施工单元,每个施工单元包括垂直设置的预制柱,与所述预制柱垂直连接的横梁,所述预制柱与所述横梁构成网格中填充的墙板;4)根据BIM构建的三维模型计算预制柱的数量、预制柱的结构、横梁的数量、横梁的结构、第一连接件的位置、第二连接件的位置、第三连接件的位置和第四连接件的位置。本发明显著提高了超高层房建中施工的便捷性和可靠性。
