According to the invention, the strengthof a tower body can be improved, and particularly, reinforced protection on the insertion transition part of the pipe body can be achieved; and the balancing weights can be carried through a supporting frame, and the pipe tower reinforcing device is particularly suitable for remote areas where machines cannot reach easily.
