The worm wheel is rotatably connected to the window frame, the other end of the pull rope is fixedly arranged on a rotating shaft, the worm is rotatably connected to the two supporting plates and engaged with the worm wheel, the two supporting plates are fixedly arranged on an active layer of the bimetallic strip, the bimetallic strip is fixedly arranged on the window frame, and the active layer of the bimetallic strip is located above a passive layer of the bimetallic strip; when no fire occurs, the worm is meshed with the worm wheel; and when a fire occurs, the worm is separated from the worm wheel. By arranging the worm, the worm wheel and the bimetallic strip, the fireproof window can be automatically closedwhen the fire occurs, fire spreading is avoided, and the fireproof window is simple in overall structure, low in cost and suitable for popularization.
