The invention discloses a karst cave section logistics channel construction method based on karst cave underground river environment tunnel construction. The method comprises the following steps thatS1, a tunnel section A is subjected to excavating until the tunnel section A communicates with a karst cave; S2, an underground river is diverted; S3, the karst cave is subjected to backfilling; S4, the karst cave is protected, and multiple anchor cables are constructed; S5, the karst cave is subjected to fully filling to enable the anchor cables to be connected with a backfilled body; S6, a logistics main channel is constructed from the tunnel section A to communicate with the karst cave; and S7, the backfilled body is subjected to excavating in five steps to form a tunnel section B, a firstbranch channel and a second branch channel are arranged on the logistics main channel, during construction of the first step, material transportation is conducted through the first branch channel, during construction of the second step and the third step, material transportation is conducted through the second branch channel, and during construction of the fourth step and the fifth step, materialtransportation is conducted through the first branch channel and the second branch channel. The method has the advantages of being stable and reliable, high in safety, capable of preventing sedimentation and capable of improving the construction quality and efficiency.
