The invention discloses a mounting device for mounting an advertising board on a fence, and relates to the technical field of advertising board mounting. The second mounting piece comprises a second U-shaped plate body, and a third fixing clampmatched with the second fixing clamp is arranged on the side face of the inner bottom of the second U-shaped plate body; the first fixing clamp, the third fixing clamp and the second fixing clamp arethe same in structure. According to the mounting device, the advertising board is mounted on the second U-shaped plate body of the mounting device, so that the mounting of the advertising board is standardized, and meanwhile, the mounting operation is simple; and the mounting device is suitable for matched mounting of other irregular fence rod pieces such as round rods, square rods and triangularrods.
