A control head is arranged at the end of each second sliding shaft, a supporting rotating groove corresponding to the corresponding locking sliding shaft is formed in each control head, a solar cell panel is arranged on the photovoltaic shell, and the solar cell panel is driven to swing through the swinging of the photovoltaic shell, so the damage of strong wind to the solar cell panels is further avoided.
