The invention discloses a waste transformer disassembling platform. The waste transformer disassembling platform comprises a bearing table used for placing a to-be-disassembled transformer and a standing area which is arranged around the bearing table and facilitates standing of disassembling personnel, and an inner groove is formed in the surface of the bearing table around the to-be-placed areaof the transformer; the bottom of the inner groove is provided with collecting holes facilitating outward discharging and collection of oil liquid, and an outer groove used for spreading dry sand fortransformer oil is further formed between the bearing table and the standing area around the bearing table. The transformer oil flows into the grooves through the arrangement of the grooves, and flowsout through the arrangement of the collecting holes, so that the transformer oil is convenient to recycle; and by means of dry sand adsorption and water flow flushing, the platform is not polluted bytransformer oil after being disassembled, the dry sand is spread in the outer groove in advance, and the absorption effect on the transformer oil is better.
本发明公开了一种废旧变压器拆解平台,包括用于放置待拆解变压器的承重台和环绕承重台设置的方便拆解人员站立的站立区,所述承重台表面环绕变压器待放置区域开设有内沟槽,所述内沟槽底部开设有方便油液向外排出收集的收集孔,所述承重台与站立区之间还环绕承重台开设有用于铺撒干沙的变压器油的外沟槽。本发明通过设置沟槽使变压器油流入沟槽内,并开设收集孔使其流出,方便变压器油的回收利用;通过干沙吸附和水流冲洗,使平台拆解后不受变压器油的污染,且外沟槽提前铺洒干沙,对变压器油的吸收效果更好。
