The preparation method comprises the following specific preparation steps of: 1, respectively weighing the following raw materials by weight: 30% of aluminum hydroxide, 20% of magnesium hydroxide, 50% of aluminum sulfate, 35% of a hydrofluoric acid solution, 25% of fluosilicic acid, 1.8% of an additive, 0.8% of a stabilizer and 10.5% of a dispersion enhancer; 2, mixing the aluminum hydroxide and the magnesium hydroxide in the step 1 in water, then adding a hydrofluoric acid solution and fluosilicic acid, and performing stirring at normal temperature for 10min; and 3, heating the solution prepared in the step 2 at a temperature of 60DEG C, adding an additive, a stabilizer and 10% of aluminum sulfate in a constant-temperature state, performing stirring for 30min, and adding 40% of aluminum sulfate. The concrete liquid accelerator provided by the invention is low in mixing amount, high in 1d strength, good in cement adaptability and low in production cost.
