The invention discloses a mass concrete condensation system combined with a steel bar bracket. The system comprises a steel bar bracket, a water pump and a water reservoir, wherein the steel bar bracket is composed of vertically arranged first guide pipes and horizontally arranged second guide pipes which are connected through a connecting piece, one end of the steel bar bracket is connected withthe water pump through a water inlet pipe, the water pump is connected with the water reservoir, the other end of the steel bar bracket is connected with the water reservoir through a water outlet pipe, the upper ends and the lower ends of the first guide pipes are connected with the second guide pipes on the two sides respectively, a water way in the steel bar bracket is communicated with the water reservoir and is of a continuous S-shaped structure, the water way is communicated with all the vertically-arranged first guide pipes, the water flow directions in every two adjacent first guide pipes are opposite, and the second guide pipes below or above the side face are communicated in the water flow direction. According to the invention, the stability of the steel bar bracket is far higherthan that of a stirrup form; and concrete cracking caused by high temperature generated by hydration heat in the mass concrete is avoided.
本发明公开了一种结合钢筋支架的大体积混凝土冷凝系统,包括钢筋支架、水泵与蓄水池,钢筋支架由竖直设置的第一导管以及水平设置的第二导管构成,通过连接件相连接;所述钢筋支架其中一端通过进水管连接水泵,水泵连接蓄水池,钢筋支架另一端通过出水管连接蓄水池;所述第一导管的上下端分别连接两侧的第二导管,钢筋支架内的水路与蓄水池相连通,且水路呈连续的S型结构,水路连通所有竖直设置的第一导管,且相邻两个第一导管内的水流方向相反,并沿水流方向连通侧面下方或上方的第二导管。本发明钢筋支架的稳定性远远大于采用马镫的形式;同时,避免大体积混凝土内部因水化热产生的高温引起混凝土开裂。
