The invention discloses a transport vehicle for continuous production of an asphalt mixture. A dried stone combustion pipe, a gravel collecting box, a gravel conveying pipe, an asphalt box and a mixture mixer are all mounted on an automobile auxiliary beam; a gravel collecting box is fixed on the automobile chassis secondary beam; a coarse gravel box and a small gravel box are separated in a box cavity of the gravel collecting box; the coarse crushing and drying stone combustor is fixed at the bottom of the gravel collecting box; a combustion pipe installed on the dried stone combustor stretches into the gravel conveying pipe, the tail end of the stone conveying pipe is inserted into the mixture mixer to be connected in a sealed mode, the asphalt box is in butt joint with an asphalt additive tank, an outlet pipe of the asphalt pump stretches into the mixture mixer, and the fiber shearing device is installed above the mixture mixer. According to the technical scheme, the characteristicsof a traditional asphalt mixing station are optimized in a centralized mode, operation is convenient, humanization and simplification are achieved, and continuous production of the asphalt mixture isachieved.
本发明公开了沥青混合料连续生产运输车，烘干石料燃烧管、碎石集料箱、石料输送管、沥青箱、混合料拌合器均安装在汽车付梁上，汽车底盘付梁上固定有碎石集料箱，碎石集料箱的箱腔里分隔有粗碎石箱、小碎石料箱，且粗碎烘干石料燃烧器固定在碎石集料箱的底部，所述烘干石料燃烧器上安装的燃烧管伸入石料输送管内，石料输送管末端插入混合料拌合器里密封连接，沥青箱上对接有沥青添加剂罐，沥青泵出口管伸入到混合料拌合器内，纤维剪切装置安装在混合料拌合器上方。本技术方案集中优化了传统沥青拌合站的特点，在操作方便更加人性简单化，实现沥青混合料的连续生产。
