The device comprises a device main body, wherein the bottom end of the device main body is fixedly connected with a protective shell; a protective baffle is arranged on the right side of the bottom of the device main body; a transmission mechanism is arranged in the transmission mechanism in the middle of the bottom end of the device main body; a discharging mechanism is arranged on the lower side of the front end of the device main body andcomprises a discharging groove, the right side of the front end of the device main body is fixedly connected with the discharging groove, the right end of the discharging groove is fixedly connectedwith a third clamping groove, groove openings are formed in the third clamping groove and the discharging groove in the left side of the third clamping groove, and movable baffles are inserted into the groove openings. According to the invention, the problems that a discharging opening of an existing road surface marking device needs to be manually opened and then the marking device is pushed formarking and the operation is troublesome and inconvenient are solved, automatic discharging can be achieved when the device main body is pushed, a switch does not need to be manually adjusted, and thepracticability and convenience of the device are improved.
