Anti-corrosion method for lower structure connecting part of pile integrated prefabricated bridge
The invention provides an anti-corrosion method for a lower structure connecting part of a pile integrated prefabricated bridge. The anti-corrosion method comprises the steps that (1) corrosion allowance design is conducted on the lower structure connecting part; (2) flange plates and bolts are subjected to corrosion coating before field installation of piles; (3) the flange plate is installed after the pile is hoisted in place; (4) an outer wrapping iron sheet is installed on the periphery of the flange plate and located between the two connected piles, and bolts are located on the inner sideof the outer wrapping iron sheet; (5) a polyurethane sealant is injected into the inner side of the outer wrapping iron sheet; and (6) the anti-corrosion construction of the connecting part is finished. According to the invention, three measures are combined to carry out anti-corrosion treatment on the connecting part, wherein the first measure is that enough corrosion allowance is set for flangeconnection according to the specific environment, the second measure is that anti-corrosion coating is adopted, the third measure is that sealing treatment is carried out, and by adopting the three measures, the connecting part between the piles of the lower structure of the fabricated bridge have enough corrosion resistance.
本发明提供一种桩柱一体化预制装配桥梁下构连接部位防腐方法,包括如下步骤:(1)对下构连接部位进行腐蚀余量设计;(2)桩柱现场安装之前对法兰盘和螺栓进行腐蚀涂装;(3)桩柱吊装到位后,安装法兰盘;(4)法兰盘外围安装外包铁皮,外包铁皮位于两连接桩柱之间,螺栓位于外包铁皮内侧;(5)向外包铁皮内侧注入聚氨酯密封胶;(6)连接部位防腐施工完成。本发明采用三种措施相结合的方式对连接部位进行防腐处理,其中,措施一为根据具体环境对法兰连接设置足够的腐蚀余量,措施二为采用防腐蚀涂装,措施三为封闭处理,通过采用该三种措施使得装配式桥梁下部结构桩柱间连接部位具有足够的耐腐蚀性。
