The invention relates to the technical field of barrier gate systems, and discloses an integrated barrier gate movement and a barrier gate system. The integrated barrier gate movement comprises a machine shell; a main shaft which penetrates through the machine shell and is used for being in transmission connection with a stop lever; a driving assembly which is installed on the machine shell, wherein the output end of the driving assembly penetrates into the machine shell; and a four-bar linkage assembly which comprises an output shaft crank arm, a transmission connecting rod and a main shaft crank arm which are arranged in a machine shell, and a spring crank arm which is arranged outside the machine shell. The first end of the output shaft crank arm is in transmission connection with the output end of the driving assembly, the two ends of the transmission connecting rod are rotationally connected with the second end of the output shaft crank arm and the first end of the main shaft crank arm respectively, the second end of the main shaft crank arm is connected with the end, arranged in the machine shell, of the main shaft, and the first end of the spring crank arm is connected withthe end, arranged outside the machine shell. According to the integrated barrier gate movement, the installation efficiency and the assembly precision can be improved, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
