The clearing device comprises a lower protective shell and an upper protective shell, wherein the upper protective shell is positioned at the upper end of one end of the lower protective shell, a storage barrel is fixed in the lower protectiveshell and the upper protective shell, a discharge port is fixed in the lower end of one end of the lower protective shell and penetrates through the lower protective shell to be connected with the storage barrel, a filter barrel is fixed at the upper end of the storage barrel and located at the end away from the upper protective shell, and a sealing cover is connected to the top end of the filterbarrel. According to the invention, the filtering structure is designed, so that impurities in accumulated water are removed together when the device removes accumulated water, the situation that residual impurities need to be removed again after accumulated water is removed is avoided; and through the design of a cleaning structure, the interior of the device can be effectively washed and cleanedafter the device is used, and the situation that the next-time use is affected due to the fact that a large number of residues exist in the device is avoided.
