The fishway outlet gate arrangement structure comprises gate grooves, a hoist room and a fishway gate, wherein the plurality of gate grooves are formed; the plurality of gate grooves are formed on the water side of the outer side wall of a fishway in an overlapped mode; the fishway gate isarranged on the gate grooves; the fishway gate adopts a stop log gate form; the hoist room is arranged above the gate grooves; a hoist is arranged inside the hoist room; and the hoist is connected with the fishway gate. The fishway outlet gate arrangement structure has the advantages that the occupied land is saved, the arrangement difficulty of the outlet section is reduced, and the engineering amount is reduced.
