The construction method comprises the following steps that a pipe gallery to be constructed is divided into a plurality of pipe gallery sections which are connected in sequence, each pipe gallery section is correspondingly constructed, the construction of each pipe gallery section is to excavate a foundation pit first, and then a bottom plate of a reinforced concrete structure, side walls of the reinforced concrete structures on the two sides and a top plate of the reinforced concrete structure are constructed in the foundation pit, a pipe culvert structure of the pipe gallery section is obtained, and finally the foundation pit is backfilled. The construction method has the advantages of being high in construction efficiency and safety, capable of greatly reducing influences on construction of an upper cover vehicle depot main body structure and traffic transportation and the like.
