Underwater self-righting construction platform and operation method thereof
The invention discloses an underwater self-righting construction platform and an operation method thereof. An adjusting box and an equipment room are arranged on a frame body, gas-liquid separators are arranged at two ends of an air compressor in the equipment room, the gas-liquid separator at one end of the air compressor correspondingly communicates with air inlet control valves communicating with each sealing bodies through a control main valve, and the gas-liquid separator at the other end of the air compressor communicates with the atmosphere through an air control valve. When in use, theair inside the sealing bodies is pumped by controlling the work of the air compressor, so that external water is injected into the negative-pressure sealing bodies; or compressed air is injected intothe sealing bodies by controlling the air compressor, the water in the sealing bodies is discharged from the sealing bodies, when the water in the downward floating adjusting box reaches a certain balance state, the floating center of the platform and equipment reaches a required value, a pipeline with a remote control valve is closed, and the underground self-righting state of the platform can be achieved.
本发明的一种水下自扶正施工平台及其操作方法,通过在架体上装设调节箱和设备间,通过设备间内的空压机的两端设置气液分离器,空压机一端的气液分离器通过控制总阀分别与每一个密封体连通的进气控制阀相连通,空压机另一端的气液分离器通过空气控制阀与大气连通,使用时,通过控制空压机的工作,对密封体内抽吸其内的空气,使外部的水注入至负压的密封体内;或者通过控制空压机向密封体内注入压缩空气,将密封体内的水排出密封体,当下浮的调整箱内水达到一定平衡状态时,使平台与设备的浮心达到所需要的值时,关闭带遥控阀的管道,实现使其在水下达到自扶正的状态。
