The invention discloses an emergency escape device for a manhole cover lock, which comprises a manhole cover body, an emergency shaft, a support nut, a turntable, first screws, connecting rods, a second screw, a toggle pin assembly and a paddle, wherein the bottom side of the manhole cover body is fixed with the emergency shaft, the turntable and the support nut sleeve outside the emergency shaft,a disc body of the turntable is fixed with a plurality of connecting rods through the first screws, a clamping port is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the disk body of the turntable, the bottom side of the manhole cover body is connected with the toggle pin assembly through the second screw, the toggle pin assembly comprises a toggle pin and a pin shaft, a rotating hole is formed in oneend of the toggle pin and the other end of the toggle pin is fixed with the pin shaft, the paddle comprises an angular sheet body, a positioning ring is arranged in the middle of the angular sheet body, and an arc-shaped groove is formed in one end of the paddle and a convex key is fixed at the other end of the paddle. According to the invention, the switching between the closed and open states of a manhole cover lock can be realized by using the toggle pin assembly and the paddle, the operation is simple, and it is very convenient to escape when an emergency occurs in a well.
