The invention relates to the field of civil engineering, in particular to ditching equipment for a foundation. The ditching equipment comprises a machine body and a digging device arranged in the machine body; the digging device comprises a first transmission cavity arranged in the machine body; and the interior of the machine body is provided with a first working cavity which is located on the lower side of the first transmission cavity and provided with a downward opening. According to the ditching equipment for the foundation, it can be achieved that during digging operation of a ditch surface, the digging device is continuously subjected to soil removal operation, and operating is avoided being influenced by the soil adhering to the equipment, long-time automatic operating can be achieved, and the ditching efficiency is greatly improved; and meanwhile, after the equipment digs the ditch surface, the ditch surface can be subjected to punning operation in time, the stability of the foundation and the stability of the ditch surface are improved, and the reliability of the equipment is improved.
