The invention discloses a bathroom table basin structure. In the bathroom table basin structure, the basin body comprises the appearance layer, the reinforcing layers, the filler layer and the back layer; the appearance layeris a high polymer material composite board, and is more accordant with the sustainable development direction compared with a pottery clay material; when the back layer is locally worn or polluted, the surface can be tidied again through a polishing mode; the appearance layer is molded through plastic uptake; the large-batch production can be realized only by one set of molds; and the flatness ofthe contacted position of the basin body with a tabletop can be guaranteed through cutting and polishing modes, so that the installation by workers is convenient.
本发明公开了一种卫浴台上盆结构，包括盆体，所述盆体包括外观层和背面层，所述外观层和背面层之间具有型腔且型腔的内部设有填料层，所述填料层与外观层和背面层之间均设有加强层。本发明中，盆体由外观层、加强层、填料层和背面层组成，外观层为高分子材料复合板，相比陶土材料更符合可持续发展方向，在背面层局部磨损或者脏污时，通过抛光的方式就可以让表面重新整洁，外观层通过吸塑成型，模具只需要一套就可以实现大批量的制造，盆体与台面的接触位置，可通过切割，打磨的方式保证其平整度，可方便于工作人员的安装。
