The energy-saving sewage pipeline cleaning device has two states of a walking mode and a dirt removing mode, for some dirt which is not firmly adhered, the dirt can be removed only by the walking mode, the dirt removing mode is automatically switched only when the dirt is stubborn, the dirt removing capability is enhanced, dirt is not always formed in a sewage pipeline body, the dirt removing mode does not need to be operated all the time, and in addition, the walking and the dirt removing of the whole device are completed by the motor alone.
