Building jacking and heightening construction method
The invention provides a building jacking and heightening construction method. The building jacking and heightening construction method comprises the following steps that a static cutting device or arope saw cutting device is adopted for cutting a building so that a building body can be separated from a building base body; mounting holes are formed in bearing columns, and hydraulic jacks are placed; alternate jacking is carried out on the building main body to a preset jacking elevation for a plurality of times through the M hydraulic jacks and the N hydraulic jacks; supporting steel bars arewelded between the building base body and a wall body, and concrete is poured; and the supporting steel bars are welded between the building base body and the bearing columns, the concrete is poured,and after the concrete is solidified, the construction is finished. By the adoption of the technical scheme of the building jacking and heightening construction method, the jacking speed of the hydraulic jacks in each jacking process is decreased, the jacking process of the building body is more stable, the hydraulic jacks which are alternately idle can be heightened through alternate hydraulic jacks, the overall jacking height is increased; and auxiliary supports are arranged between the building body and the building base body in a padding mode, the building can be effectively prevented from toppling over, and the safety is improved.
本发明提供一种建筑物顶升加高施工方法,包括以下步骤:采用静力切割设备或绳锯切割设备切割建筑物使建筑主体与建筑基体相互分离;在承重柱上开凿安装孔并放置液压千斤顶;通过M个液压千斤顶与N个液压千斤顶轮换顶升建筑主体若干次至预设顶升标高;在建筑基体与墙体之间焊接支撑钢筋并浇筑混凝土;在建筑基体与承重柱之间焊接支撑钢筋并浇筑混凝土,待混凝土凝固后,施工结束。采用本发明的技术方案,减缓了每次顶升过程中液压千斤顶的顶升速度,使建筑主体顶升过程更平稳,通过轮换液压千斤顶,受轮换闲置的液压千斤顶可进行垫高,增大了顶升整体高度,通过在建筑主体与建筑基体之间垫塞辅助支承,能够有效防止建筑物倾倒,提升了安全性。
