The invention discloses a vacuum insulation board for light building. The vacuum insulation board comprises a board body, a transverse limiting groove and a vertical limiting groove are formed in oneend of the board body, one end of the transverse limiting groove penetrates through the edge of the board body, and the other end of the transverse limiting groove communicates with the vertical limiting groove; a transverse protruding strip and a vertical protruding strip are correspondingly arranged on the position, relative to the end provided with the transverse limiting groove, of the board body; when a plurality of vacuum insulation boards are attached to a wall, the transverse protruding strip on the vacuum insulation board is used for being clamped to the transverse limiting strip on the other adjacent vacuum insulation board, and the vertical protruding strip on the vacuum insulation board is used for being clamped to the vertical limiting groove clamped to the other vacuum insulation board. That is, the transverse limiting groove on the other vacuum insulation board limits the displacement of the vacuum board in a vertical direction, and the vertical limiting groove on the other vacuum insulation board limits the displacement of the vacuum board in a horizontal direction, therefore, the vacuum insulation board can be neatly attached to the other vacuum insulation board and does not need to be observed by human eyes, and errors are reduced.
