The invention relates to a cold-formed thin-walled steel reinforced concrete composite beam slab system based on a perforated angle steel shear key. The system comprises a C-shaped floor cap beam, a profiled steel plate is arranged at the top of the C-shaped floor cap beam, the perforated angle steel shear key is arranged on the top surface of the profiled steel plate, the perforated angle steel shear key is fixed to the profiled steel plate and the C-shaped floor cap beam through a connecting part, a concrete wing plate is constructed on the profiled steel plate, the perforated angle steel shear key is embedded in the profiled steel plate. According to the cold-formed thin-walled steel reinforced concrete composite beam slab system based on the perforated angle steel shear key, the perforated angle steel shear key is used, the connection between profiled steel plate and the C-shaped floor cap beam is achieved, and a PBL shear key can be formed in the concrete wing plate after concreteis poured on the profiled steel plate, so that the concrete wing plate and the C-shaped floor cap beam form a whole; the PBL shear key can prevent the relative sliding between the concrete wing plateand the C-shaped floor cap beam, the bending deformation of the concrete wing plate and the C-shaped floor cap beam is coordinated, and the load is borne together.
本发明涉及一种基于带孔角钢剪力键的冷弯薄壁型钢混凝土组合梁板体系,所述体系包括C形楼盖梁,C形楼盖梁顶部设置有压型钢板,压型钢板顶面设置有带孔角钢剪力键,带孔角钢剪力键通过连接件固定到压型钢板和C形楼盖梁上;压型钢板上浇筑施做混凝土翼板并将带孔角钢剪力键埋入其中。本发明使用带孔角钢剪力键,不仅能够实现压型钢板与C形楼盖梁之间的连接,而且在压型钢板上浇筑混凝土后,能够在混凝土翼板中形成PBL抗剪键,使混凝土翼板与C形楼盖梁形成整体,同时,PBL抗剪键能够阻止混凝土翼板与C形楼盖梁之间产生相对滑移,使混凝土翼板与C形楼盖梁两者的弯曲变形协调,共同承担荷载作用。
