The invention relates to the technical field of roof decoration, and discloses a suspended ceiling structure and a suspended ceiling process. The suspended ceiling structure comprises a connecting assembly, a vertical plate module, a bottom plate module, fourth connecting bones and fastening assemblies, wherein the connecting assembly comprises levelling assemblies and a first connecting bone, andthe levelling assemblies are connected to the two ends of the first connecting bone; the vertical plate module comprises a vertical surface hanging plate and a second connecting bone, and the connecting assembly and the second connecting bone are arranged on the back of the vertical surface hanging plate; the bottom plate module comprises a bottom surface hanging plate and a third connecting bone, and the connecting assembly and the third connecting bone are arranged on the back of the bottom surface hanging plate; the fourth connecting bones are correspondingly arranged on a wall surface anda top surface; and after the vertical plate module is spliced with the bottom plate module, the second connecting bone and the third connecting bone are connected through the fastening assemblies, the levelling assemblies on the vertical plate module are connected to the fourth connecting bones on the top surface through the fastening assemblies, and the levelling assemblies on the bottom plate module are connected to the fourth connecting bones on the wall surface through the fastening assemblies. The suspended ceiling structure is adopted by the suspended ceiling process. The suspended ceiling structure is assembled modularly, the construction efficiency is high, and the installation quality is high and uniform.
