The invention discloses a construction method for an inverted-V-shaped steel concrete transfer truss composite structure joint. The construction method comprises the following steps of (a) pouring holes are sectionally formed in a side formwork in advance; (b) concrete pouring is conducted through the pouring holes, and in the pouring process, a flat vibrator is adopted to vibrate the concrete outside the formwork; (c) in the vibrating process, reinforcing battens arranged outside the formwork are excited through the flat vibrator, and meanwhile the formwork is excited; and (d) after pouring is completed, the pouring holes are blocked through a cover plate, then a pressing plate is added on the outer side for covering, and reinforcing is conducted through clamping ribs. Through the unitized design of a vibration part, a flat vibrating device can adapt to non-uniformity of the reinforcing battens of the formwork better, the vibrating effect is improved, vibration outside the formwork isadopted, compaction of the concrete at the complex joint is improved, and the characteristic of good construction convenience is achieved.
本发明公开了一种八字型钢混凝土转换桁架组合结构节点施工方法,包括如下步骤:a)在侧模板上提前分段开设浇筑孔;b)通过浇筑孔进行混凝土浇筑,浇筑过程中采用平板振捣器在模板外对混凝土进行振捣;c)振捣过程中,通过平板振捣器对模板外设置的加固板条进行激振,同时,对模板进行激振;d)在浇筑完成后,采用盖板封堵浇筑孔后并在外侧再加一块压板盖住,用卡肋加固。通过对振动部分的单元化设计,使该平板振捣装置能够更好的适应模板加固板条的不均匀性,提高振捣效果,采用模板外振动,提高了复杂节点处混凝土的密实性,具有良好的施工便利性特点。
