Liquid alkali-free accelerator and preparation method thereof
The high-strength alkali-free accelerator is synthesized by taking aluminum sulfate, fluoroaluminate, alkaline silica sol and fluosilicic acid wastewater of phosphate fertilizer enterprises as raw materials. The proportions of the raw materials are as follows: 48-50 parts of aluminum sulfate, 6-9 parts of fluoroaluminate, 2-4 parts of alkaline silica sol, 4-8 parts of phosphate fertilizer waste fluosilicic acid and 29-40 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing enough raw materials according to the proportion, firstly adding fluoroaluminate into a reactionkettle with enough kettle bottom water, starting a stirrer to rotate at the speed of 350-450r/min, then adding phosphate fertilizer waste fluosilicic acid, then adding aluminum sulfate, starting a heater to control the temperature at 75-80 DEG C, and adding alkaline silica sol until the reaction is clarified; and turning off the heater, and obtaining the alkali-free accelerator after half an hour. The fluosilicic acid used in the invention is fluosilicic acid wastewater which is difficult to treat in the phosphorus fertilizer industry, the waste treatment method is limited and has great influence on the environment, and the introduction of the waste into the alkali-free accelerator not only can reduce the production cost, but also can play a great promotion role in the aspect of setting time; the technology is of great significance to the development of phosphate fertilizer enterprises and companies.
本发明以硫酸铝、氟铝酸盐、碱性硅溶胶以及磷肥企业氟硅酸废水为原料合成一种高强度无碱速凝剂。各原材料比例为硫酸铝48‑‑50份、氟铝酸盐6‑‑9份、碱性硅溶胶2‑‑4份、磷肥废料氟硅酸4‑‑8份、水29‑‑40份。其制备方法为:按所述比例称取足量的原料,首先将氟铝酸盐加入到已经称好足量釜底水的反应釜中,打开搅拌器转速为350‑‑450r/min,再加入磷肥废料氟硅酸,然后加入硫酸铝,打开加热器将温度控制在75‑‑80℃,直至反应至澄清后加入碱性硅溶胶,关闭加热器,半小时后即得到无碱速凝剂。本发明中所用的氟硅酸为磷化肥工业中难以处理的氟硅酸废水,该废料处理方法有限且对环境影响较大,而无碱速凝剂中引入该废料不仅能降低生产成本并且在凝结时间方面也能起到极大的促进作用,该技术对于磷肥企业及本公司的发展都有着重要意义。
