The invention discloses mud-resistant slump-retaining building solid waste recycled aggregate concrete and a preparation method thereof. The building solid waste recycled aggregate concrete is prepared from, by weight, 105-115 parts of building solid waste recycled aggregate, 73-81 parts of natural gravel, 53-59 parts of a mineral mixture, 64-72 parts of cement, 120-128 parts of water, 23-27 partsof an enhancer and 19-24 parts of a water reducing agent. The mineral mixture comprises 16 parts of fly ash, 15 parts of zeolite, 11 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 9 parts of montmorillonite and 7 parts of modified polypropylene fibers. The enhancer is mainly prepared by reaction of polyvinyl alcohol, lactic acid and sodium fluosilicate. The building solid waste is subjected to multi-stage sorting and crushing to obtain recycled aggregate; the recycled aggregate is treated by phosphoric acid and the enhancer and then mixed with the mineral mixture, the water, the natural gravel and the cementto prepare the building solid waste recycled aggregate concrete which is high in strength, low in porosity, low in water absorption, resistant to mud and resistant to slump.
