The invention discloses cement paste for well cementation and a preparation method thereof and application thereof. The cement paste for well cementation comprises oil well cement, a fluid loss agent,resin powder, a resin dispersing agent, a nano-silicon reinforcing agent, a cement slurry dispersing agent, a defoaming agent and slurry preparation water, and can also comprise any one or more of hollow glass beads, a composite reinforcing agent, an anti-channeling reinforcing agent and a retarder. The preparation method thereof comprises the following steps: mixing and uniformly stirring a fluid loss agent, resin powder, a resin dispersing agent, a nano silicon reinforcing agent, a cement slurry dispersing agent, a defoaming agent, slurry preparation water, an optional anti-channeling reinforcing agent and a retarder to obtain a first mixture; mixing oil well cement with optional hollow glass beads and a composite reinforcing agent, and uniformly stirring the above to obtain a second mixture; and mixing the first mixture with the second mixture. The cement paste for well cementation is high in early strength, good in toughness, good in sedimentation stability and compact in set cement, and can be used for well cementation operation of a gas well section containing a shallow layer.
