The invention provides a high-strength stain-resistant coating film plating solution and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength stain-resistant coating film plating solution is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 20.00-40.00 parts of a phosphate binder, 0.01-5.00 parts of a stabilizer, 0.01-5.00 parts of a modifier and 50-80 parts of a solvent, wherein the stabilizeris one or more of liquid methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, liquid methyl hexahydrophthalic anhydride and liquid tetrahydrophthalic anhydride. Starting from liquid-phase chemistry of a phosphate material, the stabilizer with stable phosphate metal ions is introduced, the long-term stability of the phosphate coating liquid is improved, meanwhile, the curing temperature is reduced, and the stability and pollution resistance of a cured film are improved.
本发明提出一种高强耐污涂层镀膜液及其制备方法,以重量份数计,由以下组分构成:磷酸盐类粘结剂20.00~40.00份,稳定剂0.01~5.00份,修饰剂0.01~5.00份,溶剂50~80份;所述稳定剂为液态甲基四氢苯酐、液态甲基六氢苯酐和液态四氢苯酐中的一种或多种。本发明从磷酸盐材料的液相化学出发,引入具有稳定磷酸盐金属离子的稳定剂,提升磷酸盐镀膜液的长期稳定性,同时降低固化温度、提升固化膜的稳定性和抗污性。
