The defects of high tensile property and brittleness of the aluminum silicate fibrofelt are overcome, the structural integrity of the composite fibrofelt body can be guaranteed in the gum dipping process, the operation convenience degree in the gum dipping process is improved, the prepared composite fiber reinforced aerogel felt has certain flexibility,and the application range of the product in the field of heat insulation is expanded.
本发明公开了一种复合纤维增强气凝胶毡的制备方法,取正硅酸酯、乙醇和水混合均匀后,依次加入NH4F溶液和氨水搅拌均匀,得到二氧化硅溶胶;将柔性纤维网胎和硅酸铝纤维网胎在X‑Y平面层叠后通过Z向针刺柔性纤维连接得到复合纤维毡体,将复合纤维毡体在二氧化硅溶胶中浸胶处理,浸渍后在30~60℃下静止老化8~24 h,置于无水乙醇中进行溶剂置换,除去纤维毡‑凝胶复合体中多余的水分,干燥得到所制备的复合纤维增强气凝胶毡。本发明解决了硅酸铝纤维毡的抗拉性能及脆性大的缺点,在浸胶过程中能够保证复合纤维毡体的结构完整性,提高了浸胶过程的操作方便程度,制备的复合纤维增强气凝胶毡具备一定的柔性,扩大了其在隔热保温领域的应用范围。
