Mounting and positioning structure of ballastless track double-block type sleeper
The invention provides a mounting and positioning structure of a ballastless track double-block type sleeper. The mounting and positioning structure comprises a track panel, a plurality of sleepers and a sleeper scattering platform, wherein the sleeper scattering platform is provided with two longitudinal beams, a plurality of transverse beams and a plurality of positioning assemblies; the transverse beams are connected between the two longitudinal beams, and the two longitudinal beams and the transverse beams define a sleeper scattering frame body used for containing the sleepers; and the multiple positioning assemblies are rotationally connected to the two longitudinal beams, are symmetrically arranged about the center line between the two longitudinal beams and are used for positioningthe position of the sleepers. Namely, through the positioning assemblies which are rotatably connected with, and are limited to and abutted against the sleeper scattering platform,rapid and accurate sleeper distribution can be achieved, and the track panel is accurately positioned; sleeper positioning and assembling work of one construction working face can be guaranteed only by machining the device once; the quality problem caused by manual sleeper scattering field assembling is avoided; and the production efficiency is improved. And the waste of construction time caused by a large amount ofreciprocating adjustment of the distance between sleepers is avoided, and the construction time is greatly saved, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明提供了一种无砟轨道双块式轨枕的安装定位结构,包括轨排、多个轨枕以及散枕平台,所述散枕平台具有两纵梁、多条横梁、多个定位组件,横梁连接于两纵梁之间,且两纵梁与多条横梁围合形成用于放置轨枕的散枕架体,多个定位组件均转动连接于两纵梁上,且多个定位组件以两纵梁之间的中线对称设置,定位组件用于对轨枕的位置进行定位。即通过转动连接和限位挡头在散枕平台上的定位组件能够实现快速精确分枕、轨排准确就位,只需一次对装置加工就能保证一个施工作业面的轨枕定位和组装工作,避免了人工散枕现场组装造成的质量问题,还避免了因轨枕间距大量往复调整造成的施工时间浪费,大大节约了施工时间,降低了施工成本。
